Dr. Elspeth Bell is a licensed psychologist with an extensive background and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She works primarily with adults and adolescents, focusing on the treatment of Hoarding Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other anxiety disorders, depression, and interpersonal difficulties.
Her specialties include: - Hoarding Disorder and clutter-related issues - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and OC Spectrum Disorders - Generalized Anxiety Disorder - Specific Phobias - Depression - Perfectionism - Procrastination
She also has training and experience in treating academic-related issues, Trichotillomania and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), and familial stressors.
