I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for OCD, insomnia, and a range of anxiety disorders, including panic, social anxiety, and specific phobias (fear of flying, fear of needles, fear of driving, etc.). Additionally, I use mindfulness-based approaches to help cope with daily stressors and lead a more fulfilling life.
