Dr. Stephen Holland is Director of the Capital Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, one of the leading providers of empirically supported cognitive-behavioral treatments for anxiety and depression in the Washington area. He is co-author of Treatment Plans for Depression and Anxiety Disorders, a widely used text for professional and was named one of the top therapists in DC by Washingtonian Magazine. Dr. Holland and the clinical staff of CICT aim to use research-proven treatments to meet the individual needs of our patients. We work with a variety of problems, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, eating disorders, habit control problems, and anger management. We also provide treatment for relationship, work, and personality issues.
