My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices for the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. I take a nonjudgmental approach and aim to create a safe space for my clients. I believe in treating each person I work with as an individual with specific needs, and aim to work collaboratively with each client to empower them to identify existing strengths, develop new and healthy coping skills, improve their quality of life, and find new ways to work through life’s challenges.
