I have a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State, and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I presented my thesis on decreasing the misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder.

These modalities include EMDR, biofeedback techniques, CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic psychology.
I began my clinical experience specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health. My clinical offerings have widened to include life transitions, all aspects of relationship counseling, education and workforce discrimination, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and medication adherence and alternatives.
