I love working with clients of all ages and personalities. Individuals suffering from phobias, panic, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and depression. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Energy Psychology (EP) with my clients. I received my Doctorate in Psychology in 2009 from Spalding University’s School of Professional Psychology in Louisville, Kentucky. My training focused on treating a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders while in the child, adolescent, and family program at Spalding. I completed my doctoral internship at The Brook Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital in Louisville. While there I received specialized training in assessing and treating trauma-based disorders including Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD) for children, adolescents, and women. I enjoy the outdoors and the ability to be creative. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and art. I am an animal lover who has 2 emotional support dogs, Haole and Chive, for the pleasure and comfort of my clients. They too have personalities all their own. Haole is a great Pyrenees-poodle mix who enjoys lounging and relaxing, while Chive, a Yorkie, is energetic and enthusiastic.
