I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), executive dysfunction, perfectionism, chronic stress, burnout, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based therapies grounded in your personal history and relational context, and structured to target the areas that matter most to you. Our work together focuses on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more meaningful, values-aligned life.

Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic style is collaborative, integrative, and informed by current psychological research. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness-based interventions, and attachment theory to provide a structured yet flexible space where you can explore, grow, and heal. I prioritize creating a respectful, attuned, and nonjudgmental relationship—one that offers both compassionate support and thoughtful challenge. Therapy is not just about symptom reduction, but about helping you understand yourself more deeply and live with greater authenticity and purpose.

Anxiety & OCD Therapy
I provide specialized treatment for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. My clinical work incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Unified Protocol (UP-CBT), Mindful Self-Compassion, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—all empirically supported methods for managing anxiety and intrusive thoughts. During sessions, we will build tools to reduce avoidance, confront fears with courage, and shift your relationship to distress so you can re-engage with the people, roles, and goals that matter most.

Executive Functioning Support for ADHD and Neurodivergence
I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy and coaching that integrates CBT principles with practical executive functioning strategies. This includes personalized support for challenges like time management, emotional regulation, procrastination, and task initiation. By understanding how your brain works and what motivates you, we’ll co-create sustainable systems that reflect your values and build on your strengths.

Relationship and Interpersonal Work
I work with individuals who want to understand their relational patterns and build healthier, more secure connections.
For couples therapy, I use Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and skills training in assertive communication, conflict resolution, and active listening to help you cultivate stronger, more secure connections.

What to Expect in Therapy
Our initial sessions will focus on building a shared understanding of who you are, what you're facing, and what you want to change. I’ll invite you to share your current challenges, personal history, and core values so that we can collaboratively define your goals and identify the most effective treatment path.

As therapy progresses, we may explore underlying patterns, process difficult emotions, practice new cognitive and behavioral skills, and reflect on progress. Over time, many clients report increased insight, improved emotional regulation, and greater confidence in navigating life’s complexities.

Therapy offers a structured and supportive space to find relief, build coping skills, and explore a deeper sense of meaning and connection—at a pace that feels right for you.
